The "One-Cable" Solution by Kathrein and aphatronics

The caravan TV system consists of a CAP turntable by Kathrein and a TV by alphatronics. It combines the know-how of both companies in an innovative concept. The complete control of the CAP units happens via a TV by alphatronics – without the additional use of a separate control device or receiver. Hence, you now only need 2 devices for the reception of TV and radio programmes in caravan or motorhome (turntable and TV).

Kathrein and alphatronics placed the importance on a simple connection of turntable and TV with only one cable. The same coaxial cable is used for the control of the turntable and the SAT signal for the TV.
